This policy has been developed to clarify all payment and refund terms to IOdevia clients. Here we will dwell on the circumstances under which we provide a refund and the process of making payment.

Payment Guidelines

  • Once your project details are discussed and initially approved, our manager will send you the invoice for the agreed sum.
  • You can make invoice payments in the currency of your choice. But, please, mind the conversion fee as the final sum will enter our account in USD.
  • For your convenience, we also accept BTC.
  • With us, you can send money through various payment methods, including bank transfers, payment gateways, and credit cards. We accept all transactions via Visa and Mastercard.

Make sure to provide us with your actual email address for the delivery of invoices and other notices.

Refund Terms

The project development peculiarities are discussed and recorded in the early stage of cooperation to avoid any further miscomprehension. Clients are provided with detailed info on the time required for the service fulfillment and the results they can expect. This approach reduces the number of refund claims to the minimum. But the cases when we do not live up to someone’s expectations might still occur. Make sure to get in touch with your customer success manager before asking for a refund. We will do our best to take into account your recommendations and meet your requirements.

If the right solution was not found through the dispute resolution process, you’re eligible to get your funds back according to our refund policy:

  • If you’re not satisfied with the first test draft you’ve been provided, you can ask for a full refund and get it within 5 business days.
  • Please note that we give a full refund only for the projects that have not been completed yet. After the initial draft has been approved, you can get a partial refund only.
  • If the project has not been accomplished in accordance with agreed requirements or the deadline was missed, a client has the right to get a partial refund in proportion to the work completed.
  • You’re not allowed a refund if the project has been finally approved and uploaded on the server.
